Even if things are painful and tough, people should appreciate what it means to be alive- Yato

 So I came across an anime called Norigami. This is another underrated anime, honestly it’s just wow, the storyline and the lessons that are in this anime are just ON POINT.  


So it’s about a girl called Hiyori who is hit by a bus trying to save this boy ,and she finds that she has transformed into a half, phantom- and the boy she tried to save is in fact a GOD called Yato. Unlike other gods who have shrines and have people coming to ask them to answer their prayers, Yato on the other hand has to go and find people to do jobs for, this is done by advertising on walls so they can call him on his cell phone, and they pay him 5 yen.

Although this poor god is trying to make it to the top, with his dashing personality, and hard work ethic it seems that he might have a very dark past that he isn’t telling much, and some of his friends drop hints that he used to be a fearsome GOD. When Yato and Hiyori meet Yukine who becomes his Regalia, the trio face some challenges as they are always fighting phantoms, trying to save Hiyori and Yukine being Yato’s regalia means whatever wrong he does or thinks hurts Yato.

Honestly this anime opened my eyes to so many things, like how a negative emotion starts small and it spreads and before you know it, you become depressed. I think by having these phantoms shown being on people and in a way manipulating them to grow further and further into a depressing state made me want to check my emotions more and be more cheerful.
The storyline is fantastic, the graphics are amazing, and once you start watching you are hooked. Please season 2 hurry!!!
